Pros
When I worked at Fine Brothers Ent., the company was a burgeoning place of success and a great fit for those fresh out of college to understand the new media landscape. I was appreciative of the experiences in all aspects of the company and getting to learn the ropes of how New Media and digital companies form and flourish.
Cons
It's grown into an incredibly novice, top heavy company, that doesn't compensate nor appreciate any or all of it's employees. It asks too much of it's employees and it's concepts of moving forward only seem to push them backward as a company.
