This workplace is a popularity contest. You are not rewarded based on merit from your work rather if you are friends with the clique. People will throw you under the bus to protect themselves. The president is a narcissist that will lie to advance the agenda and has exhibited flagrant racism. There are many other dispensaries that treat their people better and have more human & product diversity.

It is very cliq-based. No room for growth unless you are friends with management. You can expect for management to gossip about you with hourly employees. Very uncomfortable work setting unless you are one of the 'chosen' ones. 0/5 would not recommend.
