Pros

The vibe seems very intensely positive at first, but it is a way of masking what is really going on underneath.

Cons

This company takes advantage of young and naive job seekers. On Indeed they falsely list themselves as Raven's Eye Solutions, but they are really just a third party that primarily sales AT&T in Costcos. Their business model is very similar to an MLM, though they pay hourly plus commission. They tell employees that it is not a sales job, but the only way to get promoted is to sell. However, promotions aren't really promotions. You get more responsibilities for the same pay. It is just a ploy to entice people to stay. They will also work you 6 and 7 days a week and make you feel inferior if you are unable to commit to that kind of workload, yet they advertise a flexible work schedule. This place is a joke.
