Good place to work if you don't have a life

Pros

Okayish pay, you are not paid (or the sale amount is deducted from the upcoming payments) if the customer cancels within 2 months of the sale!

Cons

Good luck having a life with this job. They love to sell you the “hustle” dream-long hours, big promises, unlimited earning potential. Reality check: you’ll be working 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., six days a week(sometimes seven too), and your paycheck is basically a suggestion. Yes, they pay commissions… until they don’t. If a customer cancels anytime within two months, your commission magically disappears-or worse, gets deducted from your future pay. So you can close a deal, do everything right, and still end up owing them your time for free. Meanwhile, the company takes zero risk while you take all of it. Endless hours, MLM-style motivation, and income that can be revoked weeks later. If you’re wondering why people quit, this is why. If you value predictable income, basic fairness, or your sanity, stay far away. You’re better off working for yourself, delivering food, or doing literally anything that pays you for the hours you work. This isn’t hustle-it’s unpaid labor dressed up as motivation, with 15,000+ steps a day spent walking through cold, rain, and extreme heat while management sits comfortably and couldn’t care less. Your time, your body, and your effort are all disposable here, and once you realize that, quitting becomes the only logical move. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Pros

- You get hands on experience in doing e-interviews and in person interviews; this helps you understand how the hiring process works. - You will learn how to run payroll and get a chance to adjust people's pays so that more money continues to flow into Raf's pockets. - You learn how to consistently listen to Raf's lies again and again. - You'll learn to travel for work. - You will train 6 guys into leadership with hopes of getting into management; you'll establish father like relationships with people older/younger than you. Everyone will see you as the golden boy/girl. - You'll get a chance to even talk to a Fortune 500 client and bring them on board as a client. You may be wondering what you get in return for all this: Check the cons list.

Cons

You’re encouraged to bring on anyone you see walking long distances selling telecom — especially if they look like they just need a chance. It’s less about qualifications and more about who’s willing to believe in the system. You’ll be trained to “close deals,” but if a customer cancels, you’ll be held responsible — not because of the product, but because you “weren’t focused” or didn’t “understand your goals.” As a result, deductions from your pay are common when sales don’t stick. Promotions are often promised with enthusiasm. A reward may include a subsidized team trip, but accommodations are limited, and much of the experience centers around motivational sessions. The success stories shared tend to reflect specific paths that may not apply to most. You’ll travel to new areas across the country, often in small towns where the service may be unfamiliar or inconsistent. Living arrangements involve sharing space with multiple other reps. After a long day of canvassing, evenings are filled with team debriefs and coaching sessions — personal time is limited. Leadership focuses heavily on performance metrics and internal management decisions. Occasionally, team structures shift due to changes in leadership coordination, which can affect continuity. The position is commission-based with no hourly pay. You’re hired as an independent contractor, and tax reporting is your responsibility. Other entry-level jobs may offer more stability, benefits, and structured training programs.
