      Toxic work environment

      Pros

      The union makes sure to work 37.5 hours a week. The benefits are amazing and the premiums are very low for employees.

      Cons

      The entire top management seems to hate each other and try to force that down on employees. The environment is very toxic and none of the departments work together. Pay is also very low.

      The benefits are good and salary is competitive.

      Cons

      Leadership and the faculty are each self-serving and toxic. They waste a lot of time fighting internally when they should be spending that time being focused on student success.
