trainings and meetings often incorporate fun things to engage staff and make them feel valued
Cons
chronic short staffing across the board for healthcare is causing significant burnout- we see this often

Great benefits, HTO & PTO starts at day 1. Love my immediate co-workers
Cons
Not treated fairly by nurses and dental employees. If you make a mistake they come and yell at you regardless if a patient is present or not. Some of the employees make you feel like you are not capable of doing the job and just show disrespect
