Pros

Some people can be nice, but trust no one

Cons

No loyalty. Lead out of fear. They write people up constantly and fire people non stop. They put everything on salary but dock your pay if you don’t make 40 hours a week. You’re expected to work for free. You could work 60 hours a week, but your time on your paystub will say a 80 for two weeks. They illegally change your time when you clock in.

Pros

I would like to offer some Pros, but I cannot find any.

Cons

1. Extreme micromanagement at top level 2. No senior management experience in core areas. 3. Cannot trust anything promised to employees. 4. Churn through employees like water without any consideration or loyalty 5. Everything is monitored by camera, phone, computer, even meetings are recorded. I'm surprised there were no cameras in the bathroom! 6. No benefits to speak of. 7. Long hours expected with no consideration of personal life. 8. Management believes that AI can manage everything. Employees don't need any experience in their position and it shows.
