After working at Finite it is really easy to find a new job, other recruitment companies seem to know how good Finite employees are and they snap you up quick. If you can make it at Finite you will survive anywhere. They pay higher comms - but you will pay for it as they dont give you anything else.

Cons

You are just a slave/number to upper management. All they want is "more" No money ever gets invested into consultants or staff and you should count yourself lucky if you get a "hi 5" or "well done" There is no work life balance and mid management is essentually admin - they are not set up to even help you as a consultant - just to ask how many jobs you have on and how much you will bill that month... When you leave you are dead to the business - dont expect a good bye, or even a call to say thanks for your work, or even a message from HR.. once you quit you are dead to them, basically you are not a slave making them more money at this point.

The reviews that give 5 stars all have the same wording so they were clearly written by HR or the owner. Do yourself a favour and avoid working for this company like the plague!!

Cons

Terrible Management Systems crash daily!! (no exaggeration) Huge turnover of staff Micro Management
