Pros
Very good people in the bottom! I really had lots of interesting connections, still in touch with some colleagues from there.
Cons
Very toxic company magament, low salary. They hired me, as a senior specialist, but never were really listening to my opinion. I had lots of problems with time tracking, because overall system there is not transparent (e.g. if you're close to top people/owners, you will have absolutely freedom; if not, then you'll have problems with time management). As result, management says: you're a bad worker; do not even think about professional growth or salary increase.
