      Pros

      I've worked at Finkel Law Firm for over 15 years. The firm does work with employees to achieve a good work/life balance as well as advancement within the company. It is a law firm, so you are expected to work but the firm is fair. Overall experience has been good.

      Cons

      There are no real cons. The firm does expect employees to work hard and provide excellent service to clients. So, if that's not what you're looking for, this is not the firm for you.

      Pros

      Nice Thanksgiving gathering. Plenty of copy machines/printers.

      Cons

      Mandatory vaccination. Must call if you are late (stuck in traffic), then when you arrive you must email the entire firm letting them know that you are there. Cannot stay after to finish work without prior supervisor written permission.
