Pros

Finnair excellent leadership/management. Always understanding yet efficient and respectful. Better than any company I've worked for yet. Another pro is good pay. Average starting salary but a very high ceiling, which is more important.

Cons

The cons mainly have to do with schedule inflexibility. My work/life balance was not where I wanted it to be and that is a main reason for my leaving. Other than that I can't really think of anything else.

Id tickets, uniform is paid for ( shoes and bags excluded, but partly paid for)

Cons

Cabin Crew work is devaluated by management. Constant savings towards crew ( no more daily allowances unless it’s a Long haul, no more gym or discount on sports/hobbies, working time cuts into personal time without compensation, very little add ons to basic gross salary which starts at 1200€.
