+ Get to see movies + Casual atmosphere + Usually well staffed
Cons
- Long recruitment time, many challenging interviews, low pay - Job doesn't fit the challenging recruitment process - Wasn't sure, what my duties were - Unclear instructions - Impossible to fit work with school (even though Finnkino advertises it to students) - Barely saw my managers
