      - Flexible working hours and environment (office, home office, remote work) - Young and very diverse team - Every employee is trusted with a lot of responsibility so its a great place to grow and learn - Everyone is enabled to take ownership and drive changes in the company - A lot of experienced colleagues especially at management level to learn from - I feel very supported in developing my career and knowledge at Finoa

      Pros

      Finoa operates in an exceptionally fast-moving crypto landscape, so you’re constantly exposed to new challenges, fresh tech stacks and evolving regulations. If you enjoy staying two steps ahead of the curve and translating that knowledge into real-world impact, this is the perfect learning ground.

      Cons

      Not much to complain about. One minor challenge is that the remote-first culture can limit in-person interaction. If you're used to regular face time with colleagues, the shift can feel a bit isolating at first—but it's something you quickly adapt to, especially with strong async collaboration in place.
