Pros
- Friendly, respectful and helpful coworkers. - Flexible working arrangements. - Depending on your department bosses are mostly genuine and nice people - Management makes quick decisive changes when things are not working well - Pretty flat hierarchy. Not much politics from what I’ve seen
Cons
- No allowance for courses or certifications - Lack of clarity in developing and nurturing talents - Focusing too much on leadership which causes a brain drain, how do you lead when you lack experience?
