Pros

Really enjoyed my time with Finsight. Pushed alot to grow and take on new responsibilities. Strong push to always promote from within.

Cons

Growing pains of a startup some times. Long work hours at times but improved over time.

Supportive Leadership, Strong Culture, and Meaningful Work

Pros

Leadership is genuinely invested in employee development and well-being. Regular 1:1s, clear feedback, and openness to new ideas make you feel heard and valued. The company culture strikes a rare balance between high performance and empathy — people care about doing great work and about each other. Smart, motivated colleagues across teams make collaboration both fun and productive. Opportunities for growth are real — if you raise your hand, there’s room to take on more responsibility and stretch into new roles. Transparent communication from leadership on company goals and performance creates a strong sense of alignment.

Cons

As with any growing company, processes can be a bit scrappy or evolve quickly — you need to be adaptable. Cross-functional alignment can occasionally take time as teams scale and priorities shift, but leadership is aware and working on it.
