      Pros

      the atmosphere of work is relaxed and conducive to working. the support services like hr, management and finance do a good job. there is good interdepartmental interactions and there is sooo much to learn and the resources to learn it with. training opportunites are there once in a while.

      Cons

      starting compensation is very low.
