It was the most political small company I have ever seen. Also, they mis-represent their benefits.

They provided many training opportunities.

Cons

Salary is lower then market. They try and say they make it up with a once a year bonus. That amount is not guaranteed. If you leave right before you are out of luck and that entire year you were making a very low base salary. Also, the 401k has a good match but you have to be there 4 years before you are fully vested.
