This company sells you a false sense of cultural excellence from the moment you walk into the door. Soon after realizing that the “culture” is in shambles, much like a WWII Axis Power, you are told that it could be great, that is if you rally your coworkers and feed them the same self delusions the executive team has. It became very evident that the only way to succeed in this company is to piggy back off of and relish in the failures of other. When you create an environment of unnecessary micromanagement, leading through fear, and uncertainty of the future, you become a brief stepping stone for employees who want to take their career seriously. Leadership is severely out of touch with their employees and will make work miserable for anyone with dissenting views.
