If you have a good team it can be fun. Everything is based on you No seniority (but they will cross you to maintain it)

Cons

You are forced to go door to door, and different locations despite pandemic. They do NOT pay their employees minimum wage Over 60 hour work weeks Must work 6 days to receive based pay and still does not pay it I have witnessed people being chased by knives, dodged gunshot bullets, and received Covid.
