      Friendly team members, Lots of long term employees still holding the torch.

      Cons

      Horrible Management, Low pay, Terminate people for pointing out issues that need fixing. Worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Excellent company; eye on the prize of being (one of) the best fire safety companies in each of their city locations. Building up talent from the lower tiers and giving them opportunities to grow their skills/certifications, which hopefully yields dividends for all concerned and gives employees a sense or appreciation, and accomplishment.

      Cons

      In this current challenging market, being able to move fast enough to "capture" and move those skilled candidates that are in very high demand along in our hiring process
