Pros

Nothing specific, they just give you a job that's it. Also only if you are studying from their own coaching centre that is QSpiders or JSpiders. From market they never Hire.

Cons

1- DOnt care about employess 2- Pay is bare minimum 3- Hike is given after 14-15 months 4- Only lie about big dreams but nothing practica. 5- Management itself is highly unprofessional. 6- They cheat their clients 7- Their product is not even average compared to other competitors like TestSigma

Room to learn. Good colleagues. 1st couple of months are good then they show real colours look at cons!

Management has internal conflicts always No hierarchy to raise any concern No appreciation, value, respect or recognition for work No growth and false promises about position No leaves being granted for any critical reason also Extremely inorganised team and management No activity conducted for team bonding No structure or system for process and work
