Pros
*I don't think the review of a disgruntled employee (who was 'let go' & clearly bitter) should be taken seriously.*
This company provides a great and fun work environment! You spend most of your time at work, so it's great that the company is full of awesome employees and managers.
The company is still fairly new, so being a part of its growth and success is very exciting!
Management and Leaders of Firefly actually care about the employees and welcome concerns or feedback of any kind and do their best to get to know each employee. There isn't that awkward distant relationship between employee and boss.
They hold weekly meetings and make sure employees know what's going on with the company. (Changes, goals, and always thanking employees for their hard work)
Employees are encouraged to keep exploring new ways to better processes which really help you grow in your role and feel accomplished in your work.
Vendors, Customers, and Investors are always welcome to come take a tour and see first-hand the awesome work that Firefly employees are doing.
The company tries to often do BBQs or some other way of providing lunch for employees to show appreciation for their hard work.
The overall environment that Firefly has created has made it a great place to work and grow!
Cons
Not a lot of vacation/paid time off - but as the company grows I'm sure the benefits will too
