Dominant leader in the market but culturally carry ourselves as a challenger. Great tech Predictable, stable leadership team Commitment to continuous enablement and promotion from within The crypto space encompasses a dizzying array of use cases leading to consistently interesting client engagement

Cons

Not for the feint-hearted. Hyperscale company with extremely high expectations of it's sales team Lean go-to-market team means that we are regularly challenged to keep on top of admin

Pros

Really cool team mates and office with an awesome view. Nice perks and good compensation. The founders are great, product is great

Cons

Badly managed and shady business practices. Doesn't seem like people in power know how to run things. The company had such fast growth due to the product being good that they didn't focus on hiring the right leaders because the product and brand sells itself

Pros

Despite the amazing and inspiring founders the current state of gender representation and overall company culture is very concerning.

Cons

Concerning Gender inequality : * Underrepresentation: The current female employee population sits at a concerning 20%, with a downward trend. * The termination of female employees after their maternity leave sends a chilling message and creates a hostile work environment for women. * The lack of female representation at senior levels, with qualified women reporting to less experienced men, indicates a significant barrier to career advancement for women. * The implication of a lack of female representation in leadership positions suggests a potential gender pay gap. * The recent appointment of only one woman to the C-suite after an extended search, coupled with the excuse of a lack of qualified female candidates (a demonstrably false claim in other industries), paints a concerning picture for future female recruitment. Overall Culture Decline: * The decline in employee morale, evidenced by the firing of high-performing individuals, lack of transparent communication regarding raises, and meaningless responses to inquiries, is concerning. * Inexperienced mid-level managers require proper training to foster a positive and productive work environment. * The shift from a "work hard, play hard" culture to an ultra-demanding environment with little regard for employee well-being is also a concern. Fireblocks was once “the place to work for”. It is a shame to see the current state of the company.
