Pros

The product is good when executed correctly.

Cons

The owners of this company are a joke. One of them is constantly chasing tail (early 20's and younger), and the other pretends to be oblivious to it. During my time with this company, I couldn't believe how often one of the owners was being accused of sexual harassment, and every time HR dealt with it, he would arrange it to have the girl accusing him be fired (maybe that's the real reason for the name of this company). The other owner stood by quietly just hoping they wouldn't get sued over it. If you are a young, attractive female, be cautious working here! Also, what real restaurant holds a special food item and tells the guests about the deal BEFORE the actual managers and locations??? I would have guests coming in and asking my crew about deals they saw online that we had NO IDEA ABOUT and no button or way to discount said item. No emails, texts, or communication would come down about specials and deals until the day of, and AFTER we were already open and in service. This was a REGULARLY OCCURRING event! As a manager, if you allow yourself and your crew to be taken advantage of (working extended hours with no pay for it, driving catering orders with no compensation for it, sending team members to cover for other stores last minute, with no extras or gas money given to them; I could go on and on, but I would run out of characters on this site), then you will be one of their favorites. But if you are the type of manager that believes in treating people fairly, and actually COMPENSATING them for going above and beyond for the company; if you DARE to speak up (no matter how respectful you are when you do) - then you have NO place here! This company has a short life span, and it is 100% due to the owners running it. Employees pay is based off of tips, yet EVERY week, the tips are EXACTLY THE SAME??? Zero change in the amounts given for tips = whatever amount is OVER the owners agreed pay out amount (amongst themselves) gets pocketed BY the owners, and this is multiplied by 21 stores! All in all, this company is NOT worth working for if you consider yourself a fair leader who takes care of your staff and holds them accountable. You'll promote quickly if you're a half way decent employee, but then they'll expect everything for free from you. You're better off working for a real company like Mod Pizza, or Pie-ology.

Pros

Good for someone with little to no work experience. Most anyone can pick up this job and learn to do it well within their first week in the store. Better than flipping burgers. Honestly if you need a job and do not have lots of experience this is better than nothing. But be sure there are better places out there.

Cons

The owners and top management leave much to be desired. Whenever the owners stop by a store you can pretty much guarantee that not only will they slow down production and get in the way, but they will then get frustrated at their own mistakes and start taking it out on others. They are not receptive to their employees unless it is a personal compliment about themselves. My one year in my store saw 4 managers turn over. The sad thing is 2 of the managers were great but ended up quitting after being fed up with dealing with the owners or not getting owners support on things that were needed. With good store managers quick to leave and move on to better things, the owners tend to promote or hire people who you would never want to work with. Well the bad managers I have in mind did little to no work in my time there and would often spend their time either eating food in their office or simply leave early or not show up leaving the crew short staffed. This company also lies a ton, about products, about being a company focused on freshness and sustainability. Get rid of the owners and bring in people with actual ethics and values and this place might turn around.
