Pros
Leadership team have focussed on developing people and have flexible work arrangements in place with 3 day in the office on set days which has allowed for greater flexibility for staff. Office is well spaced out and in a great location with lots of eating places close by.
Cons
Can get busy with clients, but that's a good thing...

Great leadership team!! They want every employee to succeed and have created the best agency culture in NZ!!! Loved my time there!
Cons
Lots of competition in NZ . Everyone is fighting for the same $ during and post-covid lockdowns.
