Beautiful area, lots of hiking.
Cons
Owner and manager are not on the same page. You are expected to act like a robot. I have seen employees get as salted, yelled at by manager, and favoritism. Management lies to you all the time. Empty promises. Employees are aloud to drink and be high while working. This includes working in the kitchen, driving company vehicles and their boats.

Pros
A great location for people who like to mountain bike, fly fish, hike and camp - most of the regular staff are really nice, low-drama, fun folks.
Cons
The owner interferes in everything, and thinks that the employees are her personal staff of servants on her estate, rather than client-focused service providers at a professionally managed, premium fishing resort. Job descriptions are a joke, as they change daily and according to the owner's momentary whim. the owner is arbitrary, petty and self-centered, and abuses the staff to support that.
