Pros

Good culture, fair compensation based upon merit. Managment listens to employees and provides a good work environment. Focuses on results, makes clear the objectives, gives reasonable goals. A very ethical organization. Very good benefit package to select from.

Cons

After many layoffs and branch closings just over a year ago, now additional layoffs, as all new business is winding down. Only collections related work will continue for the most part. Production work is over, so credit analysts have been laid off. All employees, at some point will no longer have jobs. Until then, its a good place to work as long as you keep that in mind.
