training,mission there were some people that really cared about the job and that tried to help each other.

Cons

benefits, management. There was little to no support from upper management. Some people had to follow rules when some did not follow any. Those making decisions did not have any idea the amount of time it took to complete work. It made it hard to complete tasks

The people I worked with were awesome. It was also pretty hard to get fired. Above average amount of vacation time (but constantly short staffed so it feels like you can't use it)

The Supervisior manipulates everything to her advantage to do zero work and lies about everything. The company does not value anything you do, any time you give and goes back on their word on a regular basis. They do not support their staff at all.
