      Working here has, without a doubt, been the most rewarding experience of my career. Mary Winter, the founder, is not only a true expert in legal placements but also one of the most supportive and genuinely kind individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Her dedication to her clients, candidates, and employees is unmatched—she truly cares about people and it shows in everything she does. I can’t recommend working with her highly enough, whether you’re seeking a role or talent. If you have the opportunity to work with Mary Winter, consider yourself incredibly fortunate.

      Pros

      Mary Winter truly cares about her employees. She has gone above and beyond to help mentor and guide me as a recruiter. She is always available for questions, advice, or just for someone to talk to if you are having a hard day. Firm Advice is truly a unique recruiting company that cares about its clients and candidates. I cannot say enough nice things about the company and Mary Winter, it's founder. I would not hesitate to recommend!!

      Pros

      It is an amazing company to work for. As a contractor, I get PTO and Holidays off. Mary is amazing she always checks to make sure everything is going well. Agne is always available to answer any questions that one might have.
