Pros

Staff are treated very well and the employees are great fun to work with. This company is constantly looking at adding benefits for its employees because employee retention matters and it offers competitive salaries. Management is very approachable and understands the balance between work life and home life. Firmus has a fast-paced environment in which you are never bored, as well as, being a fast-growing company due to management being very knowledgeable after having many years of experience in the field. They know what they are doing!
