      Smart, mission driven people make up most of the staff.

      Cons

      The agency is going through growing pains and instead of investing in ensuring sound procedures, instead focuses on filling high level positions. I've heard that there are very few decision makers, so why be so top heavy?

      ELT, Management, Salary Distribution, Wage inequality, No room for career growth within the agency- ELT stated that all new positions being created would seek outside candidates; 0 room for existing employees to grow, while new positions starting at over $100k are being offered.
