Nepotism at its finest. Don't ever look to get ahead unless you share some last name affiliation or have something on someone.

Don't work there. There's nothing to be proud about this company. "ACTS" is just a scheme they use to pretend to be christian based oriented company.

Cons

Company cores and values are not what they preach for their employees. They care about themselves and how much money you make for the them "company". They DO NOT care about the employees. District Managers are money thirsty.
