      Pros

      They are flexible with scheduling and employees. Most positions don't have to be 8-5, but can be adjusted or flexible. Many of the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management has lost its way in taken care of current employees and is too focused on growing the company at the expense of employees.

      Fair enough salary, good PTO/sick leave.

      Cons

      While working at FBT, I felt like I filled the role of 3 people. Expectations and timelines were unreasonable and not enough support was given when asked for flexibility or help. IT seems to take pride in “running lean” but no one benefits from that approach.
