Great co workers, wonderful dental benefits, no weekends, always paid on time, had a wonderful mission statement.

Cons

That wonderful mission statement they dropped it. Hours are insane. No care about diversity. Will make up lies to make you feel uncomfortable so you will quit. Horrible medical benefits.

Good Company, Low Pay

Pros

First Choice as a whole is a great company to work for. Their benefits are good, but over the past year or so they became very corporate and it took away that supportive small office feel. They hire quality employees, but due to lack of pay it leads to valuable assets leaving. Their doctors are truly amazing, they are lucky to have such great patient care!

Cons

Less than average pay, small raises, corporate feel.

Work life balance, friends you make by trauma bonding.

Cons

When you voice something that you need to a manager, nothing gets back to you as support. They promote loyal employees to become managers instead of hiring experienced managers. Production of dentists over patient needs. Messy corporations.
