-Head of the department constantly contradicts themself, while passing work off to the rest of the department with no concrete processes. Has made all prior assistants quit/transfer to other departments. -Only worries about the uber-wealthy clients without giving second thought to lower net-worth clients. -Extreme favoritism. -Inadequate pay for work and does not pay relative to market rate in state (roughly 25% below median) -Profits are funneled back to upper-level executives.
