Close proximity to home. Sorry, but I'm hard-pressed to find anything else redeeming about this mess of a group of companies.
Cons
Management has major distrust of its employees unless you've been there for 30 years. No feedback from management at all despite efforts to check in with my manager and then I was let go for a reason that made no sense just before third month anniversary. Department was a revolving door and only retained one employee that had been there for decades. Department manager spent about 7 minutes total with me one on one over a three month period. Never communicated there were any problems. Asked for feedback on numerous occasions and was never told there were any issues. Never had this experience in my lengthy career. Super cheap and they don't pay fairly despite being very profitable. Felt I was used as a scapegoat to cover dept. manager's ineptness. Looking back, they did me a big favor.
