Pros

There are many good employees to work with and good atmosphere to work in. There is probably less pressure at this company than working for a larger organization. Typically work a 40 to 45 hour work week. It is a growing company and appears to want to continue to grow.

Cons

The pay scale is below average. Money is not spent well on making the company a better organization. Job demands are too high with little resources to work with. It is still a small company and there is too much politics within the organization.

Pros

Great communication, advancement opportunities, competitive pay. The training is thorough, with personable trainers. I have been in the same position since my start, but I am in school so I have chosen not to advance just yet, however, the opportunity is there. The several departments of the bank works well together. Great morale, and the company has strong values.

Cons

The employee intranet that displays policies and procedures is outdated and jumbled with old information. It makes looking up current procedures a challenge.
