Pros

Good bonus Somewhat decent work life balance Have good values in place most employees adhere to.

Cons

Make you feel like it’s somehow your department’s fault personally if the bonus is not good that year. Tenured employees gain twice the PTO and often times gone for long amounts of times or when you need them. Leaving other department members burned out and feeling and if they aren’t allowed to ask for their time off without being guilt tripped. Employees who disregard values are an absolute nightmare to work with,

Pros

Great for entry level back office positions. They are willing to take you on and let you learn. They set me loose and let me take a lot of ownership over my work that normally wouldn't be allowed at my level.

Cons

Pay is not great. Backstabbing and turf wars are common in front office and back. Tenure is valued over competency by far. Company culture is really bad.

Pros

The entire team is incredible and supportive, upper management truly puts their employees first, my personal manager has always been so easy and happy to work with me, I have loved it here! A lot of opportunity to advance up.

Cons

It becomes a little monotonous at times being a teller, especially if things are slow. Policies seem to flip back and forth which is confusing, but not a deal breaker.
