No Pros to this Company. Owner of the company is a racist and has strong non beliefs about Religion. Thinks if you believe in god you are Stupid, also belives that all people from the South are stupid. Makes for a hard work place for Christians and non racists!!!
Cons
The Owner of the Company has no respect for Americans and our Values. Guy uses shady Sales Tactics to capture revenue. Uses substandard materials, and manufacturers nothing in the USA but says he does. He is just a front for a Overseas manufacturer with substandard products.

The company is continuously evolving looking for the ways to improve the products and satisfy the customer. Management looks how to make all the procedures more lean and efficient. Small company Casual dress code
