      Pros

      The training is very in-depth and detailed. Perfect for someone new to banking. They treat their employees very well. Offices are clean and organized. Very well structured. Absolutely loved working for first federal.

      Cons

      It's hard to think of a con for this bank but if I had to give them something to improve on it would be to try to stay on the cutting edge of technology.

      Leadership is awesome. Very innovative in the community bank space. Major emphasis on work life balance and giving back to the community.

      Cons

      May not have as many opportunities as a larger institution, but that also comes with some benefits as well.
