      Pros

      Good employee interest rate and decent benefits but the premiums are extremely pricey.

      Cons

      They've eliminated part-time positions, so a huge crop of people trying to go to school had to either quit or be let go because of it. You are just a number, and only a number. You're treated less than your customers, even if you are a customer. HR is a dreaded beast that no one wants to deal with and will literally do anything in their power to avoid. Most management either has no clue what they're doing or will throw you under the bus to protect themselves.

      Work life balance and lots of opportunities to advance for a slight raise. No incentive sales goals. No competition. Birthdays and anniversary dates are celebrated

      Cons

      Lack of pay and reward, no training, lack of knowledge on how bank products work, no retail support on processes.
