Pros

Company as a whole worked toward the common goal.

Cons

It was a challenge to keep the other departments mindset that IT was there to assist and not just say no.

Toxic Work Environment Driven by Fear and Poor Leadership

Pros

The benefits and compensation were ok.

Cons

From the CEO down, upper management frequently belittles employees and creates a culture driven by fear rather than support or collaboration. Concerns raised are often dismissed, and those who speak up are labeled as the problem. Accountability is non-existent—especially among leadership, where poor behavior is often rewarded or ignored. There is a noticeable lack of diversity, and HR is not a safe or neutral resource; retaliation against employees who raise legitimate concerns is common, often through being "managed out" of the company. The organization is consistently short-staffed, employees are overworked, expectations are unrealistic, and there is no clear structure or guidance. Overall, this is not a healthy or sustainable workplace.
