Dynamic work place with some amazing team members
Pros
Opportunities - I got in as a fresher, and as I performed within 6 months itself I saw myself handling a team of my own for brands. That's something I did not expect that fast, but good to see that the company looks at skills than years of experience. Work-life balance - Joining an agency I had very little expectation of work-life balance, but with First Launch, they actually keep that as one of the key points. They've gone to the extent of making it very clear with clients also so that clients don't disturb any team members during weekends. Also since it's only 5 days working, it's a good balance. Team - It's a pretty young and fun team, and I'm happy that I've made some friends for life.
Cons
Distance - This is more of a personal problem, but being new to Bangalore, I didn't have a good idea of the traffic, and soon realised that I spend almost an hour going to office. But I found a solution to this once I got my job confirmation, I moved closer to the company.
