Pros
- Great colleagues, all very professional. - Open minded and forward thinking management. - A genuine '2nd family' feeling in the company. - Staffed by genuine world leading experts in moorings and marine operations. - Views and opinions from all staff are listened too and respected
Cons
- Very specific industry offering, which makes it difficult to try new things outside of offshore moorings. Not really a con (per se) however.
