-The majority of executive leadership appears to be unfit to run a business. For example, a top executive member of the company stated that he would fire a male that paints their nails. Leaders who discriminate because of how others choose to express themselves are not good leaders. -No HR department -In what I assume is an attempt to make themselves feel better about spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new office during a global pandemic, they force employees to come in every day despite the fact that every job can be remote. If you are local, you will have to go in every day meanwhile half of the company (if not more) is able to work in other states from their home. Unless you are a favorite of one of the execs, don’t count on working remote. Even though they will tell you upon hiring that you can. -They do not care about Covid and won’t tell you when others in the office test positive (they would rather you risk your safety than do your job from home). At one point, 6 people tested positive within a week and we were only emailed about 2 of them. They were not letting people work from home, they were actually discouraging it. -There’s a lot more (micro managing etc.) but these encapsulate the kind of company this is/the kind of people who run it.

-Constant comp changes to benefit the owner -No culture whatsoever -No leadership across the board except the closing department which is actually excellent -They don’t value loan officers at all. People who helped build up the company to its current state are treated like expendable and replaceable commodities -Constant turnover
