      Pros

      My branch manager was pleasant. Personal Banker was extremely moody, unapproachable and verbally abusive.

      Cons

      Personal Banker was verbally abusive to staff resulting in multiple people leaving. Insurance was horrible (extremely high deductible). The responsibility they expect from you for the $$ they pay is deplorable, it's a big sales game and they expect you to "hustle" the customers to sell a product. Extremely unprofessional work environment. I was a model employee, showed up early, stayed late, did volunteer work for FNB and correctly balanced everyday and only lasted 5 months, 5 of the longest months of my life!! One of the CRAZIEST places I've ever worked!

      It's a good starter company for people who have never worked in banking.

      Cons

      All the really good opportunities are in Pennsylvania. They don't pay you what they should for all of the responsibilities they place on you.
