      Pleasant environment, ok benefits, community service supported.

      Cons

      If you’re not an executive (and most employees are not) expect lowest pay for your services. Management constantly peeing Kool Aid and farting rainbows.

      Pros

      Annual bonus program is strong and everyone participates- even slackers.

      Cons

      New President seeking to "flatten the organization" has succeeded at shaking the confidence of middle management. Salaries barely keep pace with inflation while executives are compensated lavishly. Not very flat after all.

      Pros

      Fun work environment, great people. Yearly bonus in place for all employees.

      Cons

      They really need to improve their pay. They pride themselves on their net-interest margin, patrially because they pay their employees so low. They need to find some middle ground.
