You are actually able to get SOME people work, and it allows you to see what clients needs/wants are. It's a decent learning experience, but the personal experience is something else entirely.
Cons
You aren't able to rely on 1 of the 2 people that are Senior Management, one is very inconsistent and almost "too busy." While the other is thirsty for more and always pushing for your best, even when your day isn't going that well.
