      The option to work remotely

      Cons

      A lot of changes in upper management in a short span of time. Does not seem to value employees only reducing overhead. Employees end up doing the job of multiple without added compensation.

      You can work remotely but are required to show your face on camera in meetings.

      Cons

      Leadership has really declined. They have zero knowledge in the industry. Continuing to cut onshore employees and move them off-shore to increase EBITA. Justifying this by saying they are just “moving headcount” Cutting out benefits and resources for clients Employees are stressed out and have left without even having another job lined up Poor company culture
