      Not bad but there’s no longevity there

      Pros

      The people are awesome, they’re all fun to be around and super easy to connect with. Depending on the role, you can do your job in the way you like as long as you get results.

      Cons

      The is no hope for longevity since senior management are so incompetent. You can bring them the most logical, thought out idea backed up with facts and they’ll say no for the sake of it or site some completely absurd reason. They don’t try to hide that they read your emails, your slacks and even your WhatsApp. You get in trouble for things that weren’t even your responsibility because they don’t know who else to blame. They put ridiculous expectations on everyone because they don’t know how to fix the business and need staff to go above and beyond to save it.

      I had the pleasure of working in the Google Ads team at First Page Digital, I'm here to share my experience. Let me tell you, it's been a ripper of a ride, filled with endless opportunities and a true sense of mateship. First things first, the team is top-notch. From day one, they made me feel like part of the family. We bonded over a shared love for digital marketing and Tim Tams. The camaraderie and support were second to none, and I knew I had found my tribe. We worked together, laughed together, and celebrated our Google Ads victories. Now, let's talk about the work itself. First Page has honed my skills like a seasoned surfer conquering the waves. The dynamic nature of the work kept me on my toes, and I relished the challenge of staying ahead of the game in the ever-changing world of digital advertising. Oh, and did I mention the emphasis on professional growth? They provided extensive training to ensure we were always at the forefront of industry trends. In a nutshell, I’m thankful for my time at First Page and I will miss everyone. The team, the work, and the commitment to professional growth make, its a dream workplace for any digital marketer.
